Key Accountabilities<\/p>\n
\tDrive sales of qualified projects, contributing to business growth and profitability.
\n\tEvaluate and define the Go-to-Market approach for different countries and customer segments
\n\tLead preparation of project plans, milestones, and resources to deliver proposals that meet client expectations while ensuring favorable terms for FLSmidth.
\n\tSet direction for cross-functional teams to ensure proposals are complete, competitive, and aligned with customer needs.
\n\tMonitor project progress, recommend corrective actions, and ensure proposals are delivered on time.
\n\tConduct client meetings, representing technical and commercial aspects of the sales process.
\n\tBuild and maintain strong networks inside and outside FLSmidth to identify and capture new opportunities.
\n\tPromote a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration within the team and across stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
\n\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience in mining, aftermarket, or industrial sales
\n\tProven track record in project sales, negotiation, and contract management.
\n\tStrong understanding of mining equipment, spare parts, and service business dynamics.
\n\tCrushing technology experience
\n\tDemonstrated ability to develop strategies and execute market penetration initiatives in Africa.
\n\tWillingness to travel
\n\tStrong commercial acumen with experience influencing at senior customer levels.<\/p>\n
