As a Boilermaker, your role is to maintain acceptable efficiency standards of Plant and Machinery.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tCompliance with all EH & S guidelines and procedures
\n\tMaintenance & Repair: Perform essential repairs, installations and maintenance on Silos, Screw conveyors, Cement Bulk tankers and structural steel components
\n\tFabrication: Fabricate, assemble and construct plant related equipment
\n\tWelding: Execute high-quality welds (MIG, TIG) on various metal types including aluminium and casting and mixed material to ensure equipment meets safety and durability standards.
\n\tInspections: Conduct regular structural inspections on the whole plant to identify wear, corrosion, or potential failures before they impact production.
\n\tHousekeeping
\n\tMaintain equipment in healthy condition
\n\tSupporting role in improvement ideas and implementation on equipment or new application<\/p>\n
Other:<\/p>\n
\tPerform any other related duties in the interest of CEMZA as instructed
\n\tWork according to Integrated (Environmental and Quality) Management System requirements
\n\tWork according to Instructions \/ Procedures as pertaining to his\/her operation function as assigned and abide by all legal (laws\/by-laws) requirements \/ Company Policies and Practices<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tValid Boilermaker certification or equivalent trade qualification
\n\tMinimum 3 years in maintenance environment
\n\tExperience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
\n\tStrong interpersonal skills.
\n\tAdvanced practical knowledge processes and safety
\n\tAdvanced problem-solving skills
