Experience Required<\/p>\n<p>\t\u00a0Relevant Bachelor&#8217;s Degree \/ Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Accounting \/ Auditing\/ Taxation AND \u00a08-10 years&#8217; experience working with in Taxpayer Risk profiling of which 3-4 years at Junior Management level.<\/p>\n<p>Job Outputs:<\/p>\n<p>Process<\/p>\n<p>\tPlan and manage projects in area of accountability that impact on different business areas.<br \/>\n\tApply functional area policies to enhance unit&#8217;s ability to advise business in complex field and or professional discipline.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and plan functional unit&#8217;s quarterly plan in line with the area&#8217;s annual plan and execute to achieve target&#8217;s\/objectives.<br \/>\n\tPlan and report on unit&#8217;s outputs, identify possible deviations and problems which may affect outputs and develop and implement alternative plans.<br \/>\n\tResearch and support workable recommendations\/solutions that meet business needs through information analysis.<br \/>\n\tAct as the bottom-line drivers of tactical implementation within the context of business unit excellence and performance improvement.<br \/>\n\tDirect, control, coordinate and optimise budgeted resources to meet specific objectives and deliver agreed results and productivity requirements.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the development and implementation of a practice in alignment with operational policy and procedural frameworks.<br \/>\n\tImplement tactical strategy and delivery plans through the development of operational activities, ensuring the achievement of operational targets.<br \/>\n\tUse the insights gained through integrated business reports to measure success &amp; realign tactical strategy implementation objectives appropriately.<br \/>\n\tPlan for handling work outputs, pull together interdependent activities &amp; specify priorities, standards &amp; procedures to ensure tactical implementation.<br \/>\n\tRecommend changes to optimise processes, systems, policies, and procedures, and execute the implementation of change and innovation initiated by the organisation.<br \/>\n\tProactively identify interconnected problems, determine its impact, and use to develop best fit alternatives, implementing best practice solutions.<br \/>\n\tProvide periodic reports on performance against plan &amp; progress on short-term initiatives &amp; use to realign tactical plan and objectives appropriately.<br \/>\n\tTimeously communicate top-down policy and associated single practice area modification, objective achievement progress and critical success factors to impacted stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Governance<\/p>\n<p>\tMonitor and promote the application of governance and required legal compliance in the context of policy and processes.<br \/>\n\tImplement governance, risk, and compliance policy in own practice area to identify and manage governance and risk exposure liability.<br \/>\n\tManage and or advise on the translation and application of policy in a specific functional area.<\/p>\n<p>People<\/p>\n<p>\tEncourage and enable teamwork, by enabling collaboration with others and commitment to pursuing set goals.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and maintain a team that is capable for operating to their full capability and provide appropriate skills, knowledge, and experience.<br \/>\n\tPlan &amp;
