\tTo perform a range of logistics and tool control duties related to aircraft materials and tooling, including receiving, inspection, binning, storage, picking, issuing, and stock control. The role also involves ensuring accurate inventory records, updating transactions on AMOS, maintaining compliance with aviation and safety procedures, and supporting the efficient availability of tools and aircraft materials for operational requirements.<\/p>\n
Principal Accountabilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nReceiving, Binning and Issuing of Aircraft Materials & Tools<\/p>\n
\tReceiving deliveries of aircraft components, tools and materials into the Stores in a timely manner.
\n\tBinning, storage, picking and issuing of stock in and out of all warehouse locations. \u00a0
\n\tVerifying documentation versus material received and ensure compliance to requirements.
\n\tAllocation of bins, rack locations and updating bin\/rack labels.
\n\tUpdating paperwork and aircraft material shelf life documentation.
\n\tTimeous and accurate processing of picking slips and dispatch of stock items to all customers
\n\tPerforming stock verification in case of discrepancies
\n\tConduct stock count reconciliations.
\n\tParticipate in stock takes at regular intervals \u00a0
\n\tUpdate AMOS system timeously to reflect stock movement.<\/p>\n
Relationship Management \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tLiaise with internal customers and stakeholders as and when required in a\u00a0 timely way \u00a0<\/p>\n

Qualifications & Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade Twelve (Matric)
\n\tCertificate in Supply Chain Management\/Logistics \u00a0– Advantageous
\n\tHandling of aviation spare parts \u00a0in Aviation (2 Years) – Essential
\n\tGood understanding of supply chain procedures.
\n\tWorking knowledge of AMOS\u00a0<\/p>\n
