The Presales Technical Consultant assists the sales organization by designing, positioning, and delivering technical solutions that meet customer business requirements. This position connects clients, sales teams, and technical delivery divisions to guarantee that offered solutions are feasible, competitive, and consistent with Lenovo\u2019s offerings.<\/p>\n
Sales Support<\/p>\n
\tPartner with Account Managers during client engagements
\n\tLead technical discovery sessions and workshops
\n\tDeliver product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technical presentations
\n\tRespond to RFIs\/RFPs with detailed technical input<\/p>\n
Customer Engagement<\/p>\n
\tAct as trusted technical advisor to customers
\n\tClarify business challenges and map them to Lenovo solutions
\n\tAddress technical objections and risk concerns<\/p>\n
Internal Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tWork with product, services, and operations teams to validate solution viability
\n\tCoordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover
\n\tProvide feedback to product teams based on market needs<\/p>\n
Market & Product Expertise<\/p>\n
\tMaintain deep knowledge of Lenovo portfolio (devices, infrastructure, services)
\n\tStay current on competitor technologies and market trends
\n\tSupport enablement sessions for sales teams, customer and partner.<\/p>\n
