Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tBuilding Partnerships and Schools Database
\n\tSources and identifies new schools to establish relationships with.\u00a0
\n\tBuilds partnerships with schools to source and secure school placements for students on the identified campus. \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tManages all communications with identified partner schools and maintains records of contacts and progress. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tEstablishes and maintains schools database. \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tIdentifies and sources opportunities for service learning. \u00a0
\n\tApproaches relationships in a manner to ensure a professional and harmonious relationship with partner schools. \u00a0 \u00a0
\n\tSupport the campus\/es in the organisation of partner school acknowledgments. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tStudent Placements Co-ordination \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0
\n\tConsults and reviews placement forms from registered students at start of year and allocate students to schools.
\n\tManages communication process to students of final placements.
\n\tTracks student school placements over the required years of the programme to ensure diversity in school experience.
\n\tTracks lecture attendance of students across identified module.
\n\tIdentify and flag at risk students for TE . Advise students that have been denied access and advise on remedial steps.
\n\tKeep records of students and TE placements.
\n\tPolice clearance certificates: Sources independent companies and manages the process.
\n\tSchool Communication
\n\tCompiles all written communications to be sent to partner or potential schools including placement requests, placement confirmations and thank you notes.
\n\tCollate the Information of the student and supervisor for the Mentor Teacher Information pack.
\n\tLiaises with relevant stakeholders on Campus to review and sign off on communications.
\n\tFollows up with schools to check on students at inception of TE and maintain contact.
\n\tDeals with any issues that may arise during TE and resolve effectively.
\n\tCo-ordination of Teaching Experience Supervisors
\n\tSources TE supervisors as per the required scope.
\n\tOnboards TE supervisors including briefings and training.
\n\tPlans the supervision allocation of supervisors to students and deals with any day to day operational or scheduling issues.
\n\tEstablishes and updates the database of TE supervisors.<\/p>\n

Minimum Education Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 3 years administration experience in a similar role (school or educational context ideal).<\/p>\n
