Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tThree-year degree (NQF 7) in Information Systems\/Business or Marketing Management, or related field.
\n\tTraining or certification on Consumer Behaviour will be added advantage.<\/p>\n
Additional Education -Preferred \/Advantage<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tAt least Five (5) years\u2019 of experience in service design, UX, customer experience, or design thinking facilitation.<\/p>\n
Certifications<\/p>\n
\tAgile delivery certification (Scrum, SAFe)
\n\tDesign Thinking (IDEO, LUMA, HFI)
\n\tUX\/UI certifications
\n\tService Design Professional Certification<\/p>\n
Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry<\/p>\n
