Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tTo manage supplier replenishment, stock coordination, and distribution centre scheduling to ensure optimal stock availability, improved service levels, and efficient supply chain operations between suppliers, distribution centres, and stores.
\n\tThe primary focus of SRAs is improving customer service levels while optimizing inventory.
\n\tThe role focuses on improving customer service levels, maintaining correct inventory levels, coordinating deliveries, and supporting promotional and operational requirements.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Replenishment Management<\/p>\n
\tReview order proposals and identify anomalies.
\n\tPlace orders and stock transfer requests where required.
\n\tEnsure orders are placed on correct order days and delivery dates.
\n\tMaintain correct safety stock and replenishment parameters.
\n\tMonitor key value items and ensure service levels are maintained.
\n\tEnsure all active articles have stock or orders in process.
\n\tEscalate stock shortages and supply issues.
\n\tAnalyse reports to maintain service levels and stock accuracy.
\n\tManage buy-ins, new listings, and discontinued items.<\/p>\n
Stock Coordination & DC Scheduling<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate pickup and delivery schedules through the distribution centre.
\n\tManage sales orders and supplier deliveries.
\n\tMonitor stock on hand and ensure optimal stock levels.
\n\tFollow up on short deliveries and arrange re-orders.
\n\tManage returns, recalls, and damaged stock.
\n\tEnsure stock availability for promotional activities.
\n\tLiaise with suppliers, stores, warehouse, and sales teams.
\n\tConduct stock counts where required.<\/p>\n
Promotions & Demand Planning<\/p>\n
\tAdjust orders for promotions and increased demand.
\n\tEnsure sufficient stock for promotional displays.
\n\tMonitor promotional performance and stock levels.
\n\tCommunicate stock risks to management and stores.
\n\tPlan stock around month-end \/ year-end cycles.<\/p>\n
Master Data & System Accuracy<\/p>\n
\tEnsure article master data is correct.
\n\tMaintain correct order days and delivery schedules.
\n\tUpdate replenishment parameters when required.
\n\tEnsure correct distribution profiles.
\n\tLog system incidents when required.<\/p>\n
Logistics & Delivery Management<\/p>\n
\tResolve delivery issues with suppliers or DC.
\n\tTrack urgent orders and follow up.
\n\tCommunicate delays to stores.
\n\tMonitor fill rates and service levels.
\n\tEnsure correct stock flow between supplier, DC, and store.<\/p>\n
Inventory Control<\/p>\n
\tMonitor stock cover and service levels.
\n\tIdentify aged, short-dated, or excess stock.
\n\tEnsure corrective actions are taken.
\n\tManage negative stock reports.
\n\tMonitor daily out-of-stock reports.
\n\tEnsure stock rotation in DC.<\/p>\n

\n\tMinimum 3 years\u2019 experience in FMCG \/ Logistics \/ Supply Chain \/ DC.<\/p>\n
