\n\tChange Management and Adoption: Oversee initiatives, processes, including awareness sessions\/campaigns, training, and end\u2011user assistance.
\n\tFeedback & Issue Communication: Communicate project challenges, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders and escalate as required.
\n\tCollaboration with Programme Manager: Align stakeholder updates with programme\u2011level communication strategies and forums.
\n\tMeeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, minutes, and updates for project\u2011specific meetings and working groups.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification:\u00a0B Degree \/ B Tech (Relevant)<\/p>\n
\tCertification in Project Management Methodologies \u2014 PMBOK, Prince2, Agile or other equivalent.<\/p>\n
Experience:\u00a06 years:<\/p>\n
\tExternal Candidates:\u00a0Minimum of 6 years\u2019 relevant work experience, including at least 3 years at a junior management level.
