To qualify for this position, you need:<\/p>\n
\tMatric.
\n\tMinimum 3-5 years relevant IT support experience in a senior or hands-on support role.
\n\tCompTIA A+ certification.
\n\tCompTIA Network+ (N+) certification.
\n\tAny relevant IT diploma, degree, or additional technical certifications will be advantageous.
\n\tMicrosoft 365, Google Workspace, networking, MikroTik, VPN, or 3CX certifications will be advantageous.
\n\tStrong support experience in Office 365, Google Workspace, and 3CX.
\n\tGood understanding of desktop support, operating systems, user account administration, and email troubleshooting.
\n\tSolid network hardware skills including management of MikroTik devices, AP Controller environments, and VPNs.
\n\tStrong troubleshooting, communication, and user support skills.
\n\tAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
\n\tExperience with firewall, router, switching, and wireless infrastructure.
\n\tServer, cloud, cybersecurity, scripting, or automation experience will be advantageous.<\/p>\n
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:<\/p>\n
\tProvide senior-level IT support to users across the business.
\n\tSupport and administer Office 365, Google Workspace, and 3CX user environments.
\n\tTroubleshoot hardware, software, email, printer, connectivity, and general end-user issues.
\n\tManage user accounts, permissions, passwords, onboarding, and offboarding.
\n\tConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware including MikroTik devices, AP controllers, and VPN connectivity.
\n\tMonitor and maintain network stability, Wi-Fi performance, and secure remote access.
\n\tLiaise with vendors and escalate more complex issues where required.
\n\tMaintain IT documentation, asset registers, and support records.<\/p>\n
