Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tTo lead, manage and ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Outbound Sales Call Centre. Implement divisional strategy, policies and procedures to achieve set goals (revenue targets), quality, and compliance, people development and performance management through innovative solutions.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tMeet and exceed stipulated financial targets as they pertain to campaign under management.
\n\tMeet and exceed primary sales key performance metrics across a balanced scorecard encompassing people, process, financial and stakeholder metrics.
\n\tManagement of joint business objectives in tandem with Quality, Compliance, HR, Information Technology and Client stakeholders across agreed, defined service levels.
\n\tOptimize divisional operational productivity outputs as per agreed campaign performance remediation plans.
\n\tMeet operational expenditure relative to agreed budgets.
\n\tTactical accountability for the daily management of the Outbound Sales call centre through the effective use of resources.
\n\tCapability to oversee and manage the Call Centre, resource recruitment and performance management.
\n\tEnsure systems and strategies implemented support the Sales targets and required standards.<\/p>\n

Education<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent in Business or a related field advantageous\u00a0<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5 \u2013 10 years\u2019 experience in Sales environment \/ Banking\/ industry\u00a0
\n\tMinimum 3 \u2013 5 years\u2019 experience in Leadership role.
\n\tGood commercial understanding \/ awareness of best practice of outbound sales.<\/p>\n
