Key performance areas:<\/p>\n
\tManage the operationalization of the IRPTN and the operational and business plans of further phases of the BRT systems
\n\tManage all the internal and external professionals work teams involved in the operations components of the BRT
\n\tProvide overall direction in terms of overall programme management and implementation for all IRPTN work streams
\n\tLead and manage direct and indirect teams by providing context, setting performance standards, and educating on processes, quality, and policy
\n\tMaintain strategic relationships for purposes of expectation management, knowledge sharing and integration
\n\tEnsure effective financial management control and corporate governance throughout area of accountability
\n\tEstablish and manage strategic internal and external relationships inclusive of customers, service providers, and relevant legislative agencies and structures
\n\tIdentify and manage project interfaces and interdependencies within and across programmes and projects
\n\tDevelop and deliver on Service Level Agreements made with internal and external stakeholders that meet and exceed customer expectations<\/p>\n
Core Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tB-Tech\/ B- Eng\/ BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification in Civil Engineering
\n\t10 years in road and transport, of which at least 4 years must have been at IRPTN senior management level
\n\tProject management
\n\tStakeholder management
\n\tInformation management system
\n\tExecution of strategic business plan
\n\tStakeholder and relationship management skills
\n\tFinancial management skills<\/p>\n
