\n\tPassed the FAIS RE5 and RE1 \u00a0
\n\t120 Wealth Management credits OR tertiary qualification recognised by the FSCA
\n\tClass of Business compliant per product category (annual)\u00a0
\n\tContinuous Professional Development (CPD) compliant Minimum experience requirements satisfied per financial category.\u00a0
\n\tMeet fit and Proper Requirements<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
Knowledge:<\/p>\n
\tInsurance and Financial Sector Industry
\n\tComprehensive Long-term and Lending Product Knowledge
\n\tFSCA and Prudential Authority Framework and Requirements
\n\tFAIS and Consumer Acts
\n\tPOPIA, AML, KYC to mention a few
\n\tBasic understanding of underwriting discipline
\n\tInsurance and Financial Sector Regulatory bodies
\n\tOmbudsman (Long-term Insurance)
\n\tNational Credit Act and Regulatory Authority
\n\tSales tactics and approaches\u00a0
\n\tStakeholder engagement and management
\n\tCustomer service and engagement\u00a0
\n\tRelevant Regulatory frameworks, policies, and standards\u00a0
\n\tSanlam insurance products (ideal)
\n\tPeople management practices and principles<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tAt least 5 years recent industry experience of which 3 years should be in any leadership capacity.
\n\tProven track records in Sales
\n\tService Delivery within the Financial Sector (Insurance and or Lending)
\n\tService Management experience is essential.
\n\tPeople Management<\/p>\n
Qualification and Experience<\/p>\n
\tPreferably 5 to 8 years general insurance experience.<\/p>\n
