Key Purpose<\/p>\n
\tThe Country Lead: Learning & Development is responsible for driving business performance by building world-class leadership and critical functional capability across the country. This role leads the design and execution of a scalable, data-driven learning strategy that strengthens frontline execution, accelerates leadership pipelines, and enables sustainable growth across the Coca-Cola system.<\/p>\n
Key Duties & Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nKey Outputs and Accountabilities include, but not limited to:
\nLearning & Development Strategy<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement the country L&D strategy aligned to business objectives, people strategy.
\n\tTranslate organisational strategy into capability frameworks, learning priorities, and development roadmaps.
\n\tLead annual training needs analysis (TNA) across functions and levels.<\/p>\n
Leadership & Talent Development<\/p>\n
\tDesign and deliver leadership development programmes for frontline leaders, middle management, and senior leadership.
\n\tPartner with Talent Management to support succession planning, high-potential development, and critical role readiness.
\n\tEmbed coaching, mentoring, and experiential learning practices.<\/p>\n
Functional & Technical Capability Building<\/p>\n
\tOversee the development of technical, operational, sales, and commercial capability programmes, particularly in manufacturing, logistics, sales, and customer execution.
\n\tEnsure compliance with mandatory training requirements (e.g. safety, quality, food safety, and regulatory training).<\/p>\n
Learning Design & Delivery<\/p>\n
\tLead the design of blended learning solutions (classroom, digital, on-the-job, social learning).
\n\tEnsure learning solutions are adult-learning focused, practical, and impact-driven.
\n\tLeverage digital learning platforms and learning technologies to scale learning efficiently.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder & Business Partnering<\/p>\n
\tPartner with Executive Leadership, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders to co-create learning solutions.
\n\tAct as a trusted advisor on capability development and organisational effectiveness.
\n\tManage relationships with external learning vendors, consultants, and academic partners.<\/p>\n
Governance, Measurement & Reporting<\/p>\n
\tManage the L&D budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
\n\tDefine and track learning impact metrics, including ROI, capability uplift, and performance outcomes.
\n\tEnsure alignment with Coca-Cola system governance, policies, and audit requirements.<\/p>\n
Team Leadership<\/p>\n
\tLead, coach, and develop the country L&D team.
\n\tBuild a high-performing team culture focused on innovation, accountability, and service excellence.<\/p>\n
Skills, Experience & Education\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nQualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Education<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Psychology or related field.
\n\tPostgraduate qualification in Learning & Development or Instructional Design is advantageous.
\n\tProfessional L&D or HR certification (e.g. CIPD L&D, ATD CPLP, SABPP) preferred.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t10+ years\u2019 experience in Learning & Development and Talent Development.
\n\t5+ years\u2019 experience in a senior or leadership role.
\n\tProven experience in large, complex environments (FMCG preferred).
\n\tExperience designing and implementing enterprise-wide L&D strategies.
\n\tExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS): Familiarity with LMS platforms and tools for delivering and managing training content and assessments.<\/p>\n

\tAbility to think strategically, drive results, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
\n\tLeadership Skills and Communication Skills , including providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback.
\n\tCollaboration and Relationship Building: Skill in building strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and industry experts .
\n\tAnalytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and metrics tracking to assess the effectiveness of talent development programs and make data-driven decisions.
\n\tProject Management: Strong project management skills.
\n\tInnovative Thinking: Ability to innovate and propose creative solutions to talent development challenges, such as implementing new learning technologies or strategies.
\n\tProven capability in Learning and development, content creation and assessment and performance process management.<\/p>\n
