This role leads the design and execution of a scalable, data-driven learning strategy that strengthens frontline execution, accelerates leadership pipelines, and enables sustainable growth across the Coca-Cola system.<\/p>\n<p>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<br \/>\nKey Outputs and Accountabilities include, but not limited to:<br \/>\nLearning &amp; Development Strategy<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and implement the country L&amp;D strategy aligned to business objectives, people strategy.<br \/>\n\tTranslate organisational strategy into capability frameworks, learning priorities, and development roadmaps.<br \/>\n\tLead annual training needs analysis (TNA) across functions and levels.<\/p>\n<p>Leadership &amp; Talent Development<\/p>\n<p>\tDesign and deliver leadership development programmes for frontline leaders, middle management, and senior leadership.<br \/>\n\tPartner with Talent Management to support succession planning, high-potential development, and critical role readiness.<br \/>\n\tEmbed coaching, mentoring, and experiential learning practices.<\/p>\n<p>Functional &amp; Technical Capability Building<\/p>\n<p>\tOversee the development of technical, operational, sales, and commercial capability programmes, particularly in manufacturing, logistics, sales, and customer execution.<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with mandatory training requirements (e.g. safety, quality, food safety, and regulatory training).<\/p>\n<p>Learning Design &amp; Delivery<\/p>\n<p>\tLead the design of blended learning solutions (classroom, digital, on-the-job, social learning).<br \/>\n\tEnsure learning solutions are adult-learning focused, practical, and impact-driven.<br \/>\n\tLeverage digital learning platforms and learning technologies to scale learning efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder &amp; Business Partnering<\/p>\n<p>\tPartner with Executive Leadership, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders to co-create learning solutions.<br \/>\n\tAct as a trusted advisor on capability development and organisational effectiveness.<br \/>\n\tManage relationships with external learning vendors, consultants, and academic partners.<\/p>\n<p>Governance, Measurement &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tManage the L&amp;D budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.<br \/>\n\tDefine and track learning impact metrics, including ROI, capability uplift, and performance outcomes.<br \/>\n\tEnsure alignment with Coca-Cola system governance, policies, and audit requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Team Leadership<\/p>\n<p>\tLead, coach, and develop the country L&amp;D team.<br \/>\n\tBuild a high-performing team culture focused on innovation, accountability, and service excellence.<\/p>\n<p>Skills, Experience &amp; Education\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<br \/>\nQualifications and Experience<\/p>\n<p>Education<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Psychology or related field.<br \/>\n\tPostgraduate qualification in Learning &amp; Development or Instructional Design is advantageous.<br \/>\n\tProfessional L&amp;D or HR certification (e.g. CIPD L&amp;D, ATD CPLP, SABPP) preferred.<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\t10+ years\u2019 experience in Learning &amp;
