Requirements<\/p>\n
\tThe suitable candidate must hold a Bachelor of Commerce\/BCom Law or LLB.
\n\tAn advanced qualification and\/or certification in Compliance will be an added advantage.
\n\tA minimum of 2 relevant working experience in the financial, regulatory or compliance environment is required.
\n\tMust have a licence.<\/p>\n

\nDuties:<\/p>\n
\tThe successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring compliance with the National Credit Act
\n\tIdentifying credit providers who are non-responsive and planning all logistical requirements to conduct onsite visits and recommend corrective measures to address identified areas of non-compliance.
\n\tDrafting compliance monitoring reports.
\n\tIn line with the NCA, ensure that enforcement steps are taken where non-compliance is identified.
\n\tMonitoring submissions and analysing statutory reports.
\n\tConducting workshops to Credit Providers and Alternative Dispute Resolution Agents as and when required.
\n\tPreparing draft information\/data requests as and when required by Management.<\/p>\n
