Requirements<\/p>\n
\tA bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent NQF Level 7 will be advantageous
\n\tA minimum of 5 years\u2019 management experience in the Motor industry
\n\tPrevious experience with Used vehicles will be advantageous
\n\tConsultative and problem-solving experience

Duties \/ Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and create strategies to support and grow business to maximize profitability
\n\tManage and support all departments to reach their full potential within set operational and business plans
\n\tSet optimal staffing levels; maintain, repair and upgrade all assets
\n\tDrive customer satisfaction and represent the organisation in external relations
\n\tMonitor financial activities and indicators
\n\tDraft and present factual reports<\/p>\n
