Core Description<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for participating in the scoping and implementation of large and complex HR & Payroll Solutions for clients. Ensure that end to end implementations and support services meet client requirements.
\n\tResponsible for preparation and contribution to the process design and configuration. Provides direction to other consultants and may have supervisory responsibilities when required.<\/p>\n
Key Deliverables \/ Primary Functions<\/p>\n
\tOversee the creation and distribution of payroll checks for all employees.
\n\tProcess manual adjustments and special payments.
\n\tInvestigate and correct errors associated with editing of payroll data.
\n\tCheck the monthly payroll input\/monthly reconciliations and ensure accuracy. Ensure that all reconciliations are aligned.
\n\tCompile and verify full month end reports.
\n\tSubmit reports timeously to the relevant parties.
\n\tPrepare monthly general ledger entries for voided and issued payroll checks.
\n\tRespond to client\/s payroll related queries promptly.
\n\tReconcile differences within the record keeping system using mathematical skills and accounting techniques.
\n\tOrganise workflow\/s and establish priorities to meet deadlines.
\n\tEvaluate operational performance of assigned section and ensure quality of work produced and timeliness.<\/p>\n

Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tNQF 6: 3 year Degree\/ Diploma\/ National Diploma in IT\/Business\/Commerce
\n\tOR NQF 4: Grade 12<\/p>\n
Additional Education -Preferred \/Advantage<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t3 years\u2019 experience working on Payroll solutions\/applications, preferably Payspace.<\/p>\n
OR<\/p>\n
\t5 years\u2019 experience working on Payroll solutions\/applications, preferably Payspace.<\/p>\n
Certifications<\/p>\n
Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry<\/p>\n
