This role includes managing programmes, career pathing initiatives, and support for graduate and internship programmes.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Learning Administration<\/p>\n<p>\tCoordinate full-cycle training logistics including scheduling, enrolments, venue booking, travel arrangements, catering, and facilitator communication.<br \/>\n\tMaintain up-to-date training records, attendance registers, assessments, and certification on the LMS or manual trackers.<br \/>\n\tConsolidate and update site training trackers monthly to ensure precise training data.<br \/>\n\tSupport onboarding and induction programmes by ensuring materials by updated materials, scheduling sessions are track new hires until completion.<br \/>\n\tDistribute and archive updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to training content and workplace compliance.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and maintain a centralised training calendar across departments, operations, and project sites.<br \/>\n\tDraft and distribute communication to relevant stakeholders to frequently communicate deadlines for training initiatives, TADS participation, and weekly training tracker submission.<br \/>\n\tMaintain performance management templates.<br \/>\n\tSupport and maintain succession plan progression trackers and IDPs<\/p>\n<p>Learning Compliance and Governance<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure all learning activities align with legislative requirements under the Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act, and QCTO frameworks and other country requirements.<br \/>\n\tLead and coordinate the preparation of Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR) for SETA submission, BBBEE audits, Equity Reporting.<br \/>\n\tAdminister documentation and ensure timely submission for discretionary and mandatory SETA grant funding applications, Equity re<br \/>\n\tMaintain documentation for internal and external audits, including SETA verifications, BBBEE verification, EE reporting requirements and client compliance checks.<br \/>\n\tMonitor and track the accreditation status of training providers.<br \/>\n\tFacilitate reporting for VETA Tanzania and any other statutory requirements in the relevant countries<\/p>\n<p>Reporting and Analytics<\/p>\n<p>\tPrepare and submit accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on all learning and development activities both internal and for client.<br \/>\n\tTrack participation, completion, and assessment data for legal, operational, and QCTO programmes.<br \/>\n\tProvide detailed reporting for bursary holders, graduates, and interns.<br \/>\n\tDevelop dashboards for visual reporting of KPIs, learning compliance, and programme impact to support business reviews.<\/p>\n<p>System and Tracker Management<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain manual and digital training trackers for all training conducted across the organisation, including remote sites.<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all learning data is accurately captured in LMS, HRIS, and Excel-based templates.<br \/>\n\tManage document storage for certificates, PoEs, logbooks, and assessment evidence in line with QCTO, SETA and VETA standards.<br \/>\n\tSupport transitions to automated or digital learning solutions and assist with staff adoption and training.<\/p>\n<p>Skills Planning and Development<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct Annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with managers to determine competency gaps and learning priorities.<br \/>\n\tMaintain and update a comprehensive Skills Matrix to reflect required vs. actual competencies per role.<br \/>\n\tIdentify critical and scarce skills in alignment with organisational development and compliance objectives.<br \/>\n\tSupport the development and implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for all employees.<br \/>\n\tAlign training initiatives to support Employment Equity (EE), Skills Development (SD), and B-BBEE scorecard objectives.<br \/>\n\tAssist with relevant talent assessments and succession mapping for relevant sites<br \/>\n\tAssist with performance management process on relevant sites<\/p>\n<p>Learning Impact &amp; ROI<\/p>\n<p>\tEvaluate the effectiveness of training interventions using feedback, performance metrics, and job competency changes.<br \/>\n\tCollect and analyse data related to training outcomes, including audit scores, safety incidents, and productivity trends.<br \/>\n\tCalculate and report on Return on Investment (ROI) for major learning initiatives (e.g., management development, bursaries, QCTO learnerships).<br \/>\n\tIdentify gaps or inefficiencies in training delivery and recommend improvements to content, delivery method, or frequency<\/p>\n<p>Training Interventions Coordination<\/p>\n<p>\tOrganise and track mandatory legal training including HACCP, First Aid, Firefighting, and HIRA to ensure 100% compliance.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate SOP training to ensure all employees are competent in task-specific procedures and aligned to operational standards.<br \/>\n\tFacilitate onboarding and site-specific induction training, ensuring that all new hires are adequately prepared for operational roles.<br \/>\n\tOversee scheduling and participation in IFS Academy programmes and ensure completion tracking.<br \/>\n\tManage external bursary processes, including application tracking, contracts, academic progress monitoring, and financial reporting.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate graduate and internship programmes by organising induction, rotations, mentorship, and performance reviews.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate graduate and internship programmes by organising induction, rotations, mentorship, and performance reviews.<br \/>\n\tMonitor and support learners enrolled in QCTO programmes, including tracking of logbooks, workplace activities, and PoEs.<\/p>\n<p>Talent Pipeline (Bursaries, Interns and Apprentices)<\/p>\n<p>\tCoordinate the selection, appointment and development of the Bursary students, interns and apprentices.<br \/>\n\tMonitor student results and feedback to the line managers on appropriate future actions.<\/p>\n<p>Effective Teamwork &amp;
