\tProviding superior service to internal and external clients by adhering to underwriting procedures and turnaround times in order to retain existing clients and attract new business for the organisation.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAdhering to internal processes and quality standards
\n\tMeeting client needs regarding the following processes:
\n\tGeneral policy enquiries and advice
\n\tNew business
\n\tQuotes
\n\tRenewals
\n\tBroker appointments
\n\tEndorsements
\n\tCancellations
\n\tMarketing support
\n\tBuilding and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric or matric equivalent (essential)
\n\tRE and FAIS accreditation (essential)
\n\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 experience as a short-term insurance commercial underwriter\u00a0
\n\tExperience within an insurance company is preferred
\n\tExperience within community schemes is advantageous
\n\tPortfolio and performance management experience is advantageous\u00a0<\/p>\n
