Job Description<\/p>\n
\tWe are looking for a senior Testing Manager to lead end-to-end testing across projects while managing a team of testers. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to drive quality across the full delivery lifecycle.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tLead end-to-end testing (SIT, UAT, regression, integration).
\n\tDefine and manage test strategies, plans, and execution.
\n\tOversee defect management, risk tracking, and test reporting.
\n\tManage, mentor, and allocate work across the testing team.
\n\tEngage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
\n\tDrive testing best practices, standards, and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t8+ years testing experience, with 3+ years in a management role.
\n\tProven experience managing teams and end-to-end testing.
\n\tStrong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
\n\tExperience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
\n\tExposure to Agile environments.<\/p>\n
