\tWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee the operations of our store within a well known family entertainment establishment.
\n\tThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in store management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tManage all aspects of the store, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
\n\tHire, train, and supervise store staff to ensure a high level of customer service and operational excellence.
\n\tDevelop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive profitability.
\n\tMonitor and analyze store performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.
\n\tEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
\n\tHandle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tA minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in retail management, preferably in a family entertainment or similar setting
\n\tStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team
\n\tExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities
\n\tKnowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and sales techniques
\n\tFamiliarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles
\n\tFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
\n\tOwn transport is essential<\/p>\n
