Key Accountabilities<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that the team is focused and deliver on key priorities including high quality provision, high standards of health and safety, and efficient communications.
\n\tAssist Manager Social Impact in implementing projects.
\n\tAssist in developing plans for progress and growth.
\n\tContribute to the overall development and maintenance of all projects.
\n\tEnsure efficient running of the team.
\n\tContribute to training and development of the team.
\n\tSupervise the performance of all duties in compliance with health and safety and all related legal\/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities, and obligations.
\n\tSupport and track the progress of projects.
\n\tDeal with issues\/problems as they arise to minimise impact.
\n\tLiaise with teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
\n\tMaintain accurate data\/records\/documentation as specified.
\n\tDevelop and govern the implementation of procedures and SLCs.
\n\tContribute and align community activities with the company CSI strategies at optimal cost.
\n\tDefine strategy components pertaining to the recreation and hospitality in SOE.
