{"id":32657,"date":"2026-03-25T18:03:09","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T18:03:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/trainer-change-manager-jhb-trainer-change-manager-cpt-trainer-change-manager-durban\/"},"modified":"2026-03-25T18:03:12","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T18:03:12","slug":"trainer-change-manager-jhb-trainer-change-manager-cpt-trainer-change-manager-durban","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/trainer-change-manager-jhb-trainer-change-manager-cpt-trainer-change-manager-durban\/","title":{"rendered":"Trainer \/ Change Manager- JHB \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Trainer \/ Change Manager- CPT \n\n\n            \n\n            \n            Trainer \/ Change Manager- Durban"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Summary<\/p>\n<p>\tWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented\u00a0Training Manager\u00a0to lead organizational change management and training activities across technology solution initiatives and related releases.<br \/>\n\tThis role will be responsible for developing and executing change strategies, creating communication and training materials, coordinating training delivery, and ensuring business readiness for system and process changes.<br \/>\n\tThe ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of change adoption best practices, and experience supporting large-scale transformation or technology-driven projects.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>\tPartner with project teams to plan and execute change management strategies that promote user adoption and minimize disruption.<br \/>\n\tDevelop and maintain a structured change management framework, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness plans, and adoption tracking.<br \/>\n\tDesign, develop, and deliver training content (presentations, job aids, e-learning modules, and videos) tailored to various user groups.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate and schedule training sessions (virtual and\/or in-person), ensuring participation across impacted teams and regions.<br \/>\n\tManage communications related to business and system changes, including announcements, updates, and stakeholder briefings.<br \/>\n\tEstablish and maintain a centralized repository for training materials, job aids, FAQs, and user support documentation.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with business and functional leads to identify training needs for ongoing releases and initiatives.<br \/>\n\tConduct post-training evaluations and gather user feedback to measure effectiveness and continuously improve delivery.<br \/>\n\tAct as the primary point of contact for end-user queries related to change initiatives and training support.<br \/>\n\tMaintain documentation for change and training activities to support knowledge transfer and ongoing reference.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all change and training activities align with organizational governance and compliance standards.<br \/>\n\tDrive continuous improvement in change management and training practices across the program.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor&#8217;s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.<br \/>\n\t3+ years of experience in change management, training, or communications within large-scale transformation or technology solution environments.<br \/>\n\tProven ability to plan and execute end-to-end change management and training initiatives.<br \/>\n\tStrong written and verbal communication skills in\u00a0both English and French.<br \/>\n\tExperience designing and delivering training across multiple formats (instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning).<br \/>\n\tAbility to engage with diverse stakeholders and adapt messaging for different audiences.<br \/>\n\tExperience working within structured governance or compliance-driven environments.<br \/>\n\tProficiency in standard business tools (e.g., document creation, presentations, collaboration platforms).<br \/>\n\tStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Optimal Growth Technologies","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"Optimal Growth Technologies provides organizations of all sizes with the best, most trustworthy solutions.
