Tsebo Catering Solutions is recruiting an Administrator to support catering operations in Richards Bay. The role provides admin support to the Catering Manager, keeps accurate records, and helps ensure smooth, compliant unit operations.<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tAssist Catering Manager with monthly Client Account
\n\tComprehensive maintenance of all financial control systems
\n\tReport any fluctuations on stock consumption reports to the Catering Manager
\n\tAssist Catering Manager with once a month surprise Audit Stock Check
\n\tLiaise with all Catering Managers, consolidating all costings for meals and functions and GP monitoring
\n\tAssist with stock takes. Ensure all invoices received for processing
\n\tComputer literate \u2013 use of various computer programs ie Word and Excel.
\n\tInnovative, and use own initiative
\n\tMust be able to assist with functions, if the need is there
\n\tCompile weekly summary of Profit and Loss for the unit.
\n\tCompile all bookkeeping returns required by Regional Office and the unit as per the times stipulated.
\n\tEnsure all bookkeeping returns and trading analysis figures are balanced by Friday after stock takes.
\n\tConduct spot checks in unit with Control Sheets vs POS vs Cash Received
\n\tConduct Cash Checks in unit, balancing to PRS Cash on Hand
\n\tAdminister and manage all Local Debtor transactions and payments
\n\tAccurate filing of account and financial records.
\n\tSubmit the relevant accurate financial documentation when needed<\/p>\n
