CAB Foods (PTY) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Debtors Administrator\/Clerk to support the smooth operation of the finance department and support organizational performance through strong financial systems and strategies.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tManage debtors’ accounts, open new accounts, and maintain accurate customer info.
\n\tEnforce credit policies, follow up on overdue accounts, and process statements.
\n\tReconcile receipts, cash-ups, bank imports and ensure accurate allocations.
\n\tMaintain credit applications, assess credit risk and manage the approval process.
\n\tPrepare age analysis reports, reconcile customer accounts and resolve queries.
\n\tMaintain vehicle administration, PODs, loading slips and filing systems.
\n\tSupport MBU, HR and continuous improvement projects.
\n\tAssist with general finance duties and uphold compliance with laws and SOPs.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\t3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in a debtors administration role.
\n\tRelevant finance qualification
\n\tStrong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
\n\tExcellent communication and organizational skills.
\n\tExperience with reconciliations, credit control, and accounting systems.\u00a0<\/p>\n
