Job Description<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the hotel\u2019s operations during the night shift, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing exceptional guest service.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPerform end-of-day financial reconciliations, including balancing room revenue, cash, and credit transactions
\n\tPrepare and distribute daily reports for management
\n\tCheck guests in and out during night hours
\n\tHandle guest queries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
\n\tEnsure all reservations, billing, and guest accounts are accurate
\n\tConduct security checks of the property and ensure guest safety
\n\tMonitor late arrivals and no-shows
\n\tPrepare for the next day\u2019s operations, including reports and handovers
\n\tAssist with administrative duties as required<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tPrevious experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (preferred)
\n\tStrong numerical and analytical skills
\n\tExcellent attention to detail and accuracy
\n\tGood communication and customer service skills
\n\tAbility to work independently and remain alert during night shifts
\n\tComputer literate (experience with hotel management systems is advantageous)
\n\tReliable, trustworthy, and professional<\/p>\n
