About the Role<\/p>\n
\tAs a Software Engineering Lead, you will manage and guide a diverse team of engineers, working closely with management and other stakeholders to ensure the success of your team and its deliverables. This role requires strong technical skills, good communication, and great leadership abilities. Your responsibilities include technical and administrative decision-making, performance and code reviews, mentorship, and strategic direction.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tLeading a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
\n\tOverseeing software development processes, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
\n\tDesigning, developing, and implementing complex software solutions that align with business objectives.
\n\tCollaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and drive project execution.
\n\tTroubleshooting and resolving technical challenges while ensuring high system performance and reliability.
\n\tConducting code reviews and enforcing quality assurance measures.
\n\tManaging team performance, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
\n\tStaying up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tHave 7+ years in software engineering with leadership or mentorship experience.
\n\tHave a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
\n\tBe proficient in dot net, C#, Angular, GIT including SQL and data manipulation.
\n\tBe fluent in AI have experience leveraging AI tools, platforms, or solutions in development workflows
\n\tHave hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
\n\tHave solid understanding of data modelling, database design, and multiple storage subsystems.
\n\tBe able to troubleshoot complex software issues and implement effective solutions.
\n\tHave experience managing software development projects, including planning and execution.
\n\tHave excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.<\/p>\n
