ENVIRONMENT:<\/p>\n
\tA fast-paced and professional financial services environment is looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage both professional and personal administrative responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.<\/p>\n
DUTIES:<\/p>\n
Executive Support<\/p>\n
\tManage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
\n\tPrepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
\n\tHandle correspondence including emails, calls, and memos<\/p>\n
Communication & Coordination<\/p>\n
\tAct as the primary point of contact between the executive and stakeholders
\n\tScreen and prioritise communication
\n\tCoordinate meetings and ensure all logistics and materials are prepared<\/p>\n
Administration<\/p>\n
\tOrganise and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
\n\tDraft, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports<\/p>\n
Travel & Logistics<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
\n\tManage expense claims, reconciliations, and budget tracking<\/p>\n
Personal Support<\/p>\n
\tAssist with personal administrative tasks and commitments where required
\n\tRun errands and support ad hoc requests<\/p>\n
Project & Task Management<\/p>\n
\tAssist with project coordination and execution
\n\tConduct research and compile reports
\n\tTrack deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding tasks<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
\n\tStrong administrative and organisational skills
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\n\tAbility to multitask and prioritise effectively<\/p>\n
