Position Overview<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for gathering (telephonically or email) information required for accurate assessment Value Added Product Claims<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities and Duties
\nCustomer Service<\/p>\n
\tProvide policy holders with exceptional service and customer experience whilst dealing with all types of queries relating to claim and policy benefits etc.
\n\tResponsible for capturing claims correctly and accurately.
\n\tConfirm that the claim information is correct and valid.
\n\tCheck the status of the policy & receipt of premium (current and up to date), to facilitate claim processing.
\n\tResponsible for ensuring that all the required supporting documentation is obtained and attached to the claims administration system to comprehensively assess the claim.
\n\tResponsible for managing queries raised by policy holders, supplier and internal stakeholders relating to claims.
\n\tProcess refunds to clients, dealers or finance houses when required.
\n\tProcess payments to clients and suppliers when required.
\n\tCorrespondence to clients with respect to claims outcomes and requirements for future claims to manage claims.
\n\tEnsure that all interactions and developments are well documented on the claims administration systems.
\n\tResponsible for the timely resolution of queries that require intervention\/correction.
\n\tUpdate policy information on the system when information changes.
\n\tResponsible managing all telephonic queries in a professional and efficient manner.
\n\tEnsure the principles of TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) are embedded in all customer interactions<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMatric.
\n\tFAIS accreditation would be an advantage.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tAt least 2- 3 years previous related working experience in a corporate entity is required.
\n\tAt least 2 -3 years inbound call centre experience.<\/p>\n
Knowledge and skills<\/p>\n
\tGeneral administrative experience is a requirement.
\n\tCustomer service experience is a requirement.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
