The purpose of the Sales & Trade Analyst role is:<\/p>\n
\tManagement of incoming sales data from customers to provide insights to customer managers for purposes of enabling efficient promotional planning, forecasting with customers and identifying sales trends.
\n\tCentral management and team superuser of SAP Trade Promotions Management (TPM) application. Supporting various processes including reports generation of the TPM system which you will be trained on.
\n\tDeliver information with speed and accuracy
\n\tGenerate insights and trends in sales including internal shipment data, customer sales out data from their internal systems. \u00a0 \u00a0
\n\tProvide Overall Administrative and Insight Support to the Sales Team<\/p>\n
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:<\/p>\n
Sales & Trade TPM analytics and support:<\/p>\n
\tAccountable for weekly & monthly reporting requirements to enable Key Account Managers and sales to better inform our commercial sales across the month-to-month sales as well as the overall sales strategy:
\n\tNielsen reporting across share, sales, DPSM (distributions, pricing, shelving, merchandising), and competitive landscapes \u00a0
\n\tAnalytics to understand market dynamics affecting sales \u2013 i.e. price and vol relationships between KC and competitor (this is done with insights from various customers platforms)
\n\tSales trends that will inform better future forecasts
\n\tInternal sales reporting (e.g. SAP BW)<\/p>\n
Tracking and reporting:<\/p>\n
\tAccountable for weekly, monthly and quarterly tracking of key metrics and KPI\u2019s to inform compliance against plan as well as management of stock \/ orders\u00a0
\n\tSOV (share of voice) tracking against DPSM (e.g. Silo)\u00a0
\n\tPrice compliance against committed promo grids\u00a0
\n\tImages and descriptor compliance inclusive of CRISP (content, ratings & reviews, in-stock share of search, pricing)
\n\tReporting against stock on hand and customer DC covers\u00a0
\n\tTPM (Trade Promo Management) support\u00a0
\n\tAssist Account Managers with management of the TPM system, including (but not limited to), the annual planning upload, pre\/post evaluations \/ reports and total promotional grid management, NPI loading into SAP TPM, Q-codes reports.<\/p>\n
Administrative support:<\/p>\n
\tPricing audits in SAP system
\n\tFOC orders for sales team
\n\tPO’s for sales leadership team
\n\tFulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the Company
\n\tHandling of all new business enquiries and channel to correct function within sales
\n\tTravel management for customer and sales operations
\n\tManagement and central control of accruals for retail advertising and pricing tallies
\n\tMatching and reporting of sales achieved versus accruals and identifying writebacks for leadership approval
\n\tMatching claims on DMS to accruals \/ deal sheets where support is required
\n\tStakeholders: SA Leadership team; Customer Managers & Sales Operations Team; Category Team; Demand Management; RGM team; Finance business analysts; Customers \u2013 data management<\/p>\n
