Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tCredit Control: Ensure that each client account is compliant with company policies.
\n\tRequest and evaluate credit checks from forensic service providers.
\n\tVerify VAT and tax compliance status of customers.
\n\tUpdate customer credit limits on Sage Evolution.
\n\tProcess new credit applications.
\n\tEnsure internal processes and procedures are followed at all times.
\n\tConsignment Stock Management: Reconcile consignment stock held by customers monthly.
\n\tProcess new consignment stock applications.
\n\tAssist with consignment stock returns and invoicing.
\n\tReporting & Compliance: Provide management with regular reports.
\n\tEnsure legal and regulatory compliance at all times.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate with a good pass rate in Accounting.
\n\tMinimum 2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
\n\tExperience with Pastel and\/or Sage Evolution.
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Excel.
\n\tStrong communication skills.
\n\tOwn transport and valid driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n
