Description:<\/p>\n
\tThe Banqueting Floor Manager manages all aspects of a conference, banquet or event, including set up, menu selection, food presentation, serving and clean-up while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service. \u00a0As and when required, he\/she also supervises any other F&B Operations (Restaurant, Room Service etc). The Banqueting Floor Manager will also be required to optimize sales and provide leadership to the team to ensure targets are met.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\t1 \u2013 2 year Banqueting Floor Management experience
\n\tHands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
\n\tExperience in Hotel management software and Point of sale software
\n\tAbility to work as part of a team, as well as independently
\n\tEffective communication with members of staff as well as Guests of the Hotel
\n\tHonest and trustworthy beyond approach
\n\tGreat attention to detail
\n\tPresentable and well spoken
\n\tTeam Player who leads by example
\n\tProactive in approach
\n\tInterpersonal skills
\n\tLeadership skills<\/p>\n
