\n\tIn this role, you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and drive sales through our online platforms. Your focus will be on meeting customer needs, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.\u00a0<\/p>\n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
Customer Service:<\/p>\n
\tDeliver exceptional customer service through online channels.
\n\tActively engage with customers to address inquiries and resolve concerns.
\n\tQuickly and effectively handle customer complaints.<\/p>\n
Sales Performance:<\/p>\n
\tMeet and exceed individual sales targets.
\n\tConvert online customer inquiries into sales.
\n\tManage and follow up on customer quotes.
\n\tBoost sales by recommending additional products.
\n\tAdhere to all sales and service protocols.<\/p>\n
Stock Management:<\/p>\n
\tOversee stock allocation and control processes.
\n\tManage stock returns and repairs.
\n\tEnsure precise stock management following company policies.
\n\tMaintain real-time updates on stock records.<\/p>\n
Compliance:<\/p>\n
\tSubmit daily compliance documents.
\n\tProvide necessary information for compliance checks.
\n\tIdentify and mitigate potential risks or fraud.
\n\tEnsure secure handling of customer documents.<\/p>\n
Team Administration:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all administrative systems are operational.
\n\tUse daily reports to update case statuses.
\n\tMeet all administrative deadlines.
\n\tActively participate in team meetings and share insights.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Required)
\n\tTertiary qualification (Advantageous)
\n\tMinimum 2 years in a retail sales role
\n\tMinimum 1 year Cellular Industry Experience<\/p>\n
