\tOur client is seeking an HR Officer to join their team in Fort Jackson, East London. They are seeking an energetic HR professional who is passionate about people, committed to process excellence, and eager to grow their career in a fast-paced industrial environment.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or degree in Human Resources Management (or related field).
\n\tEnergetic, and proactive approach to daily tasks.
\n\tUniclox experience highly advantageous.
\n\tStrong administrative and organisational skills.
\n\tGood understanding of HR processes and South African labour legislation.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\tAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSupport the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
\n\tMaintain and update HR records, personnel files, and HR databases.
\n\tManage time and attendance processes (Uniclox experience preferred).
\n\tAssist with payroll inputs, leave administration, and monthly reporting.
\n\tCoordinate performance reviews, training schedules, and skills development initiatives.
\n\tProvide support on disciplinary processes, hearings, and HR compliance.
\n\tContribute to workforce planning, induction programmes, and company culture initiatives.
\n\tEnsure HR practices align with labour legislation and company policies.<\/p>\n
