\tThe primary purpose of the Cooler Coordinator is to provide Sales Execution related information and service to customers so that all information is accurate and standards are met.<\/p>\n
Key Duties & Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nKEY OUTPUTS<\/p>\n
\tFull execution of cooler process (EMO\u2019s placed, tracking, Annexure A\u2019s)
\n\tReceive and manage incoming EMO\u2019s
\n\tData capturing – tracking and measurement of EMO\u2019s placed.
\n\tLiaison and communication with team members, district sales teams on queries related to EMO\u2019s
\n\tAssist with general Redmart and EMO execution to ensure effective and prompt SLA deliveries
\n\tManagement and maintenance of EMO\u2019s and Annexure A\u2019s
\n\tDevelop and maintain internal customer relationships
\n\tAssist in EMO shopping cart update on tracking document
\n\tRedmart processes supported
\n\tCompiled and provided reports
\n\tHandled customer queries
\n\tProvided & Updated information
\n\tSales Execution administration.<\/p>\n

\tMatric plus two years relevant experience in a similar FMCG environment.
\n\tStudying towards a relevent diploma
\n\tSound knowledge of Margin Minder
\n\tSAP S&D would be an added advantage
\n\tAdvanced Microsoft Office skills<\/p>\n
