\tDemonstrate working knowledge and competence on the core contact systems
\n\tDemonstrate working knowledge of the EMS environment
\n\tDemonstrate knowledge and application of basic Emergency Care
\n\tDemonstrate ability to coach and mentor team members
\n\tDemonstrates understanding of the healthcare industry
\n\tDemonstrates a good understanding of Funders of Healthcare
\n\tDemonstrate sound competence in telephonic and email etiquette
\n\tDemonstrate sound competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
\n\tDemonstrates a good understanding of contract and service level agreement (SLA) management
\n\tDemonstrate sound knowledge of geographical locations
\n\tDemonstrate knowledge and application of general Human Resource processes<\/p>\n
