Tsebo Facilities Solutions is seeking a skilled and dynamic Solutions Manager to design and develop high-quality, competitive facilities management solutions across the private and public sectors. This role supports Business Development, Operations, and Implementation teams in delivering integrated FM solutions.<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDesign FM solutions for new business opportunities across private and public sectors.
\n\tCosting and pricing of new solutions for tenders, unsolicited bids, and renewals.
\n\tCoordinate input from multiple workstreams to form integrated FM solutions.
\n\tDesign FM solutions with BDMs and Operations including service offering and commercial modelling.
\n\tHandover implementation and re-engineering processes to Operations and Implementation Managers.
\n\tAssist with PPP FM solution design aligned to RFP and consortium requirements.
\n\tDefine service specifications and develop SLAs based on client needs.
\n\tFacilitate SLA discussions including scope, service definitions, role players, processes, risks, and responsibilities.
\n\tAdhere to Tsebo SHEQ and ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 standards.
\n\tPerform any reasonable action requested by management.<\/p>\n

Qualifications\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree.
\n\t5+ years FM management or property management experience.
\n\tKnowledge of FM market, solution-based selling, and tender processes.
\n\tExperience in project managing large contracts or tenders.
\n\tStrong financial and commercial acumen including cash-flow and lifecycle modelling.
\n\tComfortable negotiating contracts, SLAs, and agreements.
\n\tProficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and MS Projects.<\/p>\n
