\tMinimum Grade 12\/Matric certificate
\n\tMinimum 1 year experience in petrochemical, production, and warehousing or industrial environment<\/p>\n
Candidate Profile
\nAs a successful candidate in this role would have \u00a0carry out this duties & responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tTo dip tanks and record dips\/ temperature accurately monthly (72 times per annum)\u00a0
\n\tUllage, Offload and decant 2994 tank cars per annum.\u00a0
\n\tAssist with tank \/ valve preparation for product receipts.
\n\tAssist and supervise bulk vehicle operators(BVO) in loading(7475) and unloading(2595) of bulk trucks.
\n\tTo attend to COC customers, contractors and other visitors requiring service, and carry out administrative duties related to these services.
\n\tTo monitor and report any unsafe conditions and acts to immediate supervisor or management.
\n\tConduct minor maintenance with guidance from Shift Supervisor, Depot Supervisor and Depot Manager
\n\tTo ensure that the premises are kept clean and maintain housekeeping standards
\n\tComply to Depot safety procedures, rules, policies and work instructions
\n\tEnsure receiving of handover instructions before resuming any duties on shift.
\n\tTo perform any other ad hoc duties as reasonably requested by the Shift Supervisor, Depot Supervisor and Depot Manager<\/p>\n
HSSEQ<\/p>\n
To effectively manage and minimise HSE risk within area of responsibility by ensuring:<\/p>\n
\tCompliance with all HSE Policies, rules, guideline and legal requirements\u00a0
\n\tPromotion of safe working environment and positively contributing to the company HSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies
\n\tEnsure that HSE competency requirements are identified & enforced within area of responsibility
\n\tReporting on near misses to reach the organisations reporting index of \u2265 2 per person
\n\tAssist keeping of Tier 1 and Tier 2 events at 0%
\n\tMonthly Testing of the Critical Safety Barriers – 4920 Tests done per annum
\n\tEnsuring adherence of downgraded situation\/MIT mitigation put in place
\n\tParticipate in Monthly emergency drills(12) and with local fire department<\/p>\n
