Minimum 5 years Key Account Management \/ Retentions experience in the logistics industry.<br \/>\n\tStrong presentation and public speaking skills<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated success in managing and growing key accounts in a region and meet monthly and annual retention targets that have been set.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSupport all aspects of the account relationship as a primary point of contact for customer\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAbility to investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and discrepancies in a timely manner.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAbility to analyze and interpret sales data and account performance metrics<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with internal teams to address customer issues effectively.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and enquiries via CRM.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tGenerate key performance monthly reports as needed to track customer service metrics and performance.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tIdentify root causes of customer issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCommunicate customer feedback and insights to relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tStrive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tHelp identify all potential risks and develop mitigation plans.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tIdentify and implement continuous Improvement initiatives.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMaintain client base as per MAS requirement, grow revenue via extraction of additional opportunities within the client base.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tWork closely with Operations to deliver high level of service to customers.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tWorks with Finance as needed to collectively resolve any discrepancies and assist with invoice and payment resolution.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProactively manage and monitor and present customer\/\u2019s KPI\u2019s through data quality processes.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tBecome a part of an account focused cross-functional team that proactively participates in the account planning, sales support &amp; delivery process.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAnalysis of sales-related information and report weekly to the regional sales manager.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMaintaining client data and updating regularly.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tContinuous reporting on competitor and industry analysis.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAssist in tender\/proposal production and delivery (preparation and presentation)\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCreate sustainable value for customers by adopting an innovative approach to their business.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMeet the expected client call ratio KPI as indicated by your manager and agreed MAS in achieving retention targets set.\u00a0<br \/>\n\t\u00a0<br \/>\n\tElectives<br \/>\n\tStrong personal characteristics, energy, drive, focus, motivation, responsibility.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSelf-motivated and ability to use own initiative, with the ability to work without supervision.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tWell-developed time management skills &#8211; ability to work to deadlines and with timetables.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMultitasking is essential.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProject management of initiatives where required.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tThe ability to seek opportunities for synergy and integration\u00a0<br \/>\n\tBusiness acumen \u2013 analyzing financial information, dealing with complexity, problem solving and using sound judgment.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tIdentifying critical operational or other issues and recommending solutions\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAbility to continuously review \/ refine processes to achieve the optimal solution\u00a0<br \/>\n\tStrong administrative skills with high attention to detail\u00a0<br \/>\n\tStrong business development skills\u00a0<br \/>\n\tStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skills\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Computer packages:<\/p>\n<p>\tMS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint (Intermediate).<br \/>\n\tAdvanced skill would be advantageous.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric (Essential).<\/p>\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain and grow the existing client base in the distribution market for the allocated region and meet monthly and annual retention targets that have been set.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage client relationships.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMonthly billing and financial reporting shared with the various stakeholders.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tGeneral administrative duties \u2013 daily.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tRepresent the DSV brand.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAnalysis of sales related information and report weekly to Regional Sales Manager.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tMaintaining client data and update regularly.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tContinuous reporting on competitor and industry analysis.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAssist in tender\/proposal production and delivery.
