\tThis internship program is designed to create opportunities for recent graduates to gain practical workplace experience<\/p>\n
Job Responsibilities
\nThe intern will be required to:<\/p>\n
\tAssist with day-to-day departmental operations and administrative duties
\n\tSupport project work and departmental initiatives
\n\tCapture, update, and maintain records and reports
\n\tConduct research and data analysis as required
\n\tPrepare presentations, correspondence, and documentation
\n\tParticipate in training, workshops, and development activities
\n\tAdherent to company policies, procedures, and professional standards
\n\tPerform any other duties relevant to the internship and learning objectives.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements (Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and understanding)<\/p>\n
\tSouth African citizen
\n\tUnemployed graduate with no or limited work experience (0-6 months)
\n\t3-year Diploma in Business Management
\n\tKnowledge: Basic commercial and business, sales and marketing awareness
\n\tStrong willingness to learn and develop professionally<\/p>\n
Soft skills<\/p>\n
\tGood verbal and written communication skill
\n\tBasic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
\n\tAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
\n\tStrong interpersonal and teamwork skills
\n\tProfessional attitude and work ethic
\n\tAbility to work independently and under supervision
\n\tWillingness to learn and adapt
