Job Description
\nKey Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDrive performance through the store KPI\u2019s (e.g. turnover, rewards, new accounts, visuals. Etc.).
\n\tManaging stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
\n\tDriving turnover to ensure achievement of targets.
\n\tEnsures the team executes operational excellence through a customer-centric mind set.
\n\tGenerating high levels of motivation and commitment within the store.
\n\tEnsure store staff implement merchandising strategy and standards.
\n\tManaging team schedule effectively.
\n\tStaff training and development.
\n\tPeople management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management.
\n\tControlling expenses.
\n\tAllocate time effectively; handle multiple tasks and completing priorities.\u00a0
\n\tManage risk within the store.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:<\/p>\n
\tA Grade 12 qualification.
\n\tA relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
\n\tMust have 2-3 years Store Management experience.
\n\tMust have experience in driving sales to increase store profit.<\/p>\n

\n\tA high sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently.
\n\tOutstanding leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.\u00a0
