What You\u2019ll Do<\/p>\n
As a People Administrator, your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
\tConducting pre\u2011employment checks for all new hires
\n\tDrafting employment letters and preparing amendments, including job title, reporting line, and salary changes
\n\tReviewing fuel card usage vs. budget, following up on variances, coordinating approvals, and submitting information to payroll for deductions
\n\tCoordinating and submitting all payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, employment changes, AODs)
\n\tHandling benefits administration and resolving related employee queries
\n\tManaging ECOS applications, including contracts and amendments
\n\tCoordinating Injury on Duty (IOD) applications and ensuring timely submission and follow\u2011through
\n\tFacilitating employee onboarding, induction, and supporting the offboarding process
\n\tEscalating general payroll queries to the appropriate stakeholders when required
\n\tThis list is not exhaustive and may evolve based on business needs.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
To be considered, you must have:<\/p>\n
\tA relevant HR qualification or certificate (advantageous)
\n\tPrior experience in HR administration or a similar support role
\n\tStrong organisational, time management, and administrative skills
\n\tHigh attention to detail and strong record\u2011keeping ability
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tAbility to work in a fast\u2011paced environment while managing multiple priorities
\n\tProactive and solutions\u2011oriented, with the ability to work independently
\n\tDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism<\/p>\n
Technical Competencies<\/p>\n
\tProficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
\n\tStrong administrative and data management capability
\n\tTechnologically savvy with the ability to adopt systems quickly
\n\tAbility to generate reports and analyse basic HR\/administrative data<\/p>\n
