Job Description<\/p>\n
\tThe primary role is to provide technical support to Liberty\u2019s equity and interest rate non-linear ALM portfolios in managing market risk, day-to-day processes, and interfacing with stakeholders.
\n\tThe role will expose the successful candidate to an array of financial instruments such as equity derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and government bonds.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMinimum:\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s Degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF Level 7) in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tProven experience within a fast-paced trading or financial markets environment
\n\tExposure to Asset and Liability Management (ALM) portfolios
\n\tAbility to manage day-to-day portfolio activities
\n\tStrong capability in monitoring risk and P&L
\n\tExperience executing market-facing hedging strategies<\/p>\n
