\tWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Order Clerk for a full-time, onsite position based in Potchefstroom. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient order management.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMatric\/ Grade 12 certificate
\n\tAt least 1 Year experience in Marketing\/Sales Administration.
\n\tMust be computer literate
\n\tUnderstanding of the Sales Value Chain & Internal Systems
\n\tAdmin efficiency
\n\tCommunication Skills.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nKey performance areas (Duties and Responsibilities):\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tReceive orders from customers
\n\tMaintain a proper documentation control process to ensure all customer orders are accurately captured.
\n\tManage and file customer order confirmations
\n\tAddress all issues received from customers and generate customer complaints when necessary.
\n\tUpdate the Sales Order in Syspro.
\n\tEnsure that any changes to customers orders, such as delivery date modifications, cancellations.
\n\tCommunicate all issues prohibiting order updates in systems with the Head Office Debtors administrator
\n\tProducts descriptions
\n\tEnsure that all the required information is submitted for each request
\n\tMaintain a proper filing system
\n\tAttend to all customer calls and ensure that related data is updated in the systems. Forward any issues to other departments.
\n\tFollow up with the customer to ensure that the issue was resolved
\n\tStand in when other sales admin staff are absent
\n\tPartake in weekly stock counts
\n\tReview all open orders daily and ensure that orders are captured on the planning systems<\/p>\n
