\tWe are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors, and will represent the company in a positive and welcoming manner.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tMeet and greet, receive visitors to the organisation, determine their needs and direct them accordingly in a manner that enhances organisations reputation.
\n\tRespond promptly to calls in a professional manner, ensuring an excellent and accurate client service.
\n\tEscalate unresolved operational delivery and quality issues to operational Management. \u2022 Report on transactional activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making in area of accountability.
\n\tDeliver work according to governance, compliance, integrity, legal and ethics processes and procedures Control, monitor and record outgoing trunk calls and incoming reverse charge calls.
\n\tDeliver, plan and organise own work routine and task execution in an effective and efficient manner to reach agreed performance objectives.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tA minimum of Grade 12.
\n\tMotor industry experience will an added advantage.
\n\tMust have a clear Criminal Record.
\n\tMust have excellent verbal communication skill.
\n\tA Receptionist certificate will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n

\n\tWilling to work on public holidays and Saturdays.
\n\tWilling to learn other disciplines and multiskilling.
