Job Description
\nInternal Sales Assistant<\/p>\n
\tInternal back-office support for the external Account Managers
\n\tTelephonic support for all customers
\n\tGenerating quotes on all Hardware and software requirements
\n\tProcessing all orders which arise from these quotes – this includes:
\n\tPlacing the order with the relevant supplier
\n\tEnsuring that the order is entered into the system (Accpac)
\n\tDaily checking of stock delivery, and chasing up on ETA’s of any outstanding stock with suppliers
\n\tEnsuring stock is delivered timeously, making sure all back-orders are fulfilled and that invoicing is COMPLETE for all orders
\n\tIf the stock has to be collected, ensure a collection note is written out for the drivers to collect from supplier
\n\tDealing with any queries or problems arising from incorrect kit delivered to customers
\n\tProviding support for the other internal assistants should they be out of the office etc<\/p>\n

\tWorking as a Team is paramount to the success of an AM achieving their targets
\n\tSupport your AM to assist in achieving his\/her target
\n\tUnderstand the pressures AM has around achieving a Target
\n\tUnderstand that the AM takes all risk associated to sales process –
\n\tImportant to build a relationship with your AM, much the same as you build a relationship with Suppliers\u00a0
\n\tUnderstand your AM\u2019s \u201cstyle\u201d of working and adapt as they all are different. The better you align to their style, the easier things will become
\n\tBuild good relationships with your \u201cdown wind\u201d colleagues (Stores, Deliveries etc.)
\n\tUnderstanding the \u201cmy own Business unit\u201d concept<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n

\n\tProfessional Sales certification (eg: Vendors\/Suppliers)
\n\tDiploma\/Degree in Sales or Marketing (Beneficial)<\/p>\n
