Job Summary:<\/p>\n
\tHyundai Automotive South Africa is looking for a customer care liaison officer to provide efficient and accurate customer service by handling inquiries and requests in a timely manner, in line with standard procedures and service guidelines.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tRespond to customer queries professionally via calls or other channels
\n\tResolve issues or escalate where necessary
\n\tMaintain accurate records and reports of interactions
\n\tDeliver services in line with company standards and service level agreements
\n\tEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction
\n\tWork efficiently to meet performance targets and minimise delays<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\t0\u20131 year minimum experience (1\u20133 years preferred)
\n\tExperience in a customer service or contact centre environment
\n\tBasic understanding of systems and customer service processes<\/p>\n
