\tThe ideal candidate must be in possession of a National Diploma or NQF Level 6 qualification as recognised by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) in Administration e.g Public Administration or Business Administration coupled with 3 years\u2019 junior management experience in Administration and a valid code B driver\u2019s licence.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tThe successful candidate will be required to provide operational support to the office of the Chairperson\/Deputy Chairperson of the Provincial House of Traditional Leaders with the following responsibilities:- Coordinate and integrate the activities for the Chairperson\/Deputy Chairperson of the Provincial House of Traditional Leaders;
\n\tFacilitate strategic partnerships between the Chairperson\/Deputy Chairperson, Department and relevant stakeholders; Manage outstanding matters between the Chairperson\/Deputy Chairperson and all key stakeholders; Manage administrative support for the Chairperson\/Deputy Chairperson; Provide input in the development of policies, strategies, procedures and processes; Manage the resources of the unit.\u00a0<\/p>\n
