Role Overview<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking an experienced and highly driven\u00a0Bulk Recruitment Team Leader\u00a0to lead and scale our high-volume recruitment function. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient delivery of talent across our national store network, supporting both replacement hiring and new store openings.
\n\tThe successful incumbent will manage a geographically dispersed recruitment team, driving performance, consistency, and delivery across multiple regions in South Africa, including expansion into broader African markets.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tLead, manage, and develop a remote team of bulk recruitment consultants across multiple locations
\n\tDrive high-volume recruitment delivery (1800\u20132200 hires annually) across store operations
\n\tOversee end-to-end recruitment for new store openings and replacement roles
\n\tImplement and optimise recruitment strategies to improve speed, quality, and cost of hire
\n\tEnsure consistent application of recruitment processes, tools, and compliance standards
\n\tMonitor team performance against KPIs, providing coaching and performance management where required
\n\tPartner with operations and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning
\n\tBuild scalable talent pipelines to support rapid expansion across South Africa and into Africa
\n\tDrive continuous improvement in candidate experience and recruitment efficiency
\n\tReport on recruitment metrics, trends, and operational insights to senior stakeholders<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
\n\tMinimum\u00a08 years\u2019 recruitment experience, with a strong focus on\u00a0bulk \/ high-volume hiring
\n\tProven\u00a0people management experience\u00a0(non-negotiable), including managing remote or distributed teams
\n\tDemonstrated experience managing large-scale hiring volumes (1000+ hires annually)
\n\tStrong operational and process management capability
\n\tExperience in the\u00a0QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)\u00a0or retail sector is advantageous<\/p>\n
