What You\u2019ll Be Doing<\/p>\n
\tSupport and co-manage daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
\n\tAssist with financial oversight, including sales tracking, expense control, and budget awareness
\n\tTake ownership of stock management: ordering, merchandising, stock control, and stock takes
\n\tHelp lead the team through staff supervision, scheduling, and development
\n\tDeliver excellent customer service, resolving queries and maintaining strong relationships
\n\tEnsure compliance with safety and legislative requirements
\n\tDrive marketing initiatives and promotions to grow branch performance
\n\tAct as Branch Manager when required, confidently leading the team and making decisions<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ NQF4
\n\tA relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
\n\t1-2 years\u2019 experience in\u00a0animal feed and animal medicine
\n\t1\u20132 years\u2019 experience in\u00a0irrigation-related fields
\n\tProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
\n\tWillingness to learn, grow, and occasionally work after hours
\n\tA confident individual who can\u00a0step into leadership when needed<\/p>\n
